After fourteen years in front of the camera, under the direction of directors such as Asghar Farhadi and Pedro Almodóvar, in 2020 Sara Sálamo began her training as a director and screenwriter.
In 2023 she writes, directs and produces the short films ‘La Manzana’, which has obtained important selections at festivals such as the Malaga Films Festival, and ‘Yaya’, which will have its premiere at the Zaragoza Film Festival.
In 2024 he co-wrote, co-directed and co-produced with Anna Saura the documentary ‘Marrano’.
