A young Spanish reporter discovers the tangled lives of two lovers, researching the provenance of an old violin: 1941. Singapore.
The dream of two young violinists, Kai and Fei, is cut short by the Japanese invasion of Malaya during World War II. Kai joins the Resistance, promising Fei he will return, but disappears. Fei, determined, spends the next 20 years performing throughout Southeast Asia in search of him.

Raúl García y Ervin Han
Directors
Raúl, a former Disney animator, has worked on classics such as Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King, and directed Extraordinary Tales. Ervin, with over 18 years of experience, created the series Heartland Hubby and the anthology Spectrum. He also directed Downstairs, which was acquired by Netflix, and advocates for greater representation of Southeast Asian creators in the animation industry.
