- Companies that have produced at least 2 audiovisual works in the last 5 years.
- Emerging companies: maximum 5 years since founding

Madrid, July 4, 2025 – Ventana Madrid 2025 is a development and financing platform connecting national and international players to strengthen Madrid’s audiovisual ecosystem and promote high-quality local and regional production. The event returns October 20-22 in Madrid and is now accepting applications.
For its 11th edition, Ventana Madrid adopts a new strategic approach focused on empowering production companies as the industry’s growth drivers. The goal is to work directly with these businesses to enhance their sustainability, expand their access to financing, and build stronger connections with the international audiovisual market.
New this year: The event will host international decision-makers from both the audiovisual industry and other strategic sectors interested in co-production, distribution, and investment opportunities. Attendees will include:
- Production and distribution companies
- Cross-sector investors and investment entities
- Public and private investment funds
Ventana Madrid is organized by AMA Audiovisual in partnership with the Madrid Regional Government and Madrid City Council. The three-day program is designed to boost the competitiveness and global reach of Madrid’s audiovisual sector through targeted business development activities.
How to apply
Applications for Ventana Madrid 2025 are open from July 4 through August 21, 2025. Registration is free via the online form at ventanamadrid.es.
The program targets audiovisual production companies based in the Madrid Region that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the application guidelines.
A selection committee will choose up to 20 companies based on:
- Business track record and experience
- International market potential
- Connection to Madrid’s creative community
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative storytelling, contemporary themes, and collaboration with emerging talent
What selected companies can Expect
Selected participants will receive:
- Customized meeting schedules with national and international industry representatives
- Access to additional networking and professional development activities
- Connections with companies offering co-production, distribution, and investment opportunities
- Special focus on Latin American and US Hispanic markets for global expansion
Awards and Recognition
The Madrid Regional Government and Madrid City Council will present awards in three categories:
- Internationalization
- Sustainability
- Innovation
Awards will be judged by respected industry organizations.
